Here is some of our recent painting work in 87 Edwards Avenue Edgeware, Christchurch. We gave the interior of this home a fresh coat of paint.
The house was looking old, tired and outdated, the property developer asked us to help choose the right colours and paint the house after a renovation to get it ready for sale.
After our painting services:
We decided on fresh white neutral colours to make each space look light, airy and modern. The window frames and wooden details were also painted white to instantly modernise the house. The Bathrooms were in a natural brown colour which would complement a number of colour pallets so new owners could add their own flare with towels, artwork and accessories. The roof was painting the same colour to leave the space looking open. Exterior panelling was painting along with spouting, the wood panelling on the front of the house was stained. Now the house is tidy, ready for sale or rental, and can easily be decorated with any colour scheme due to the neutral colours.
